How does the app fit into my care?
It connects wearable information, your recorded medical history and direct conversations with a doctor. With your permission, your doctor can consider your blood-test history, past surgeries and DNA information alongside your wider health picture.
Which wearables can I connect?
Supported wearables include WHOOP and Vertu watches. Apple Watch and Samsung wearables are not currently supported. Ask the team about compatibility with your particular device.
Can I speak to my doctor through the app?
Yes. The app provides access to a doctor, including direct conversations within the platform. Confirm the scope of care and messaging arrangements with the team when you join.
What information can my doctor see?
With your permission, your doctor can access the wearable information and health records shared through the app, including your blood-test history, surgeries, medical history and DNA information.
Can I show my history in an emergency?
Yes. You can display your full recorded medical history on your phone and show it to the professionals caring for you. The app overview on this website is an illustrative demo and contains no patient information.
Do I need tests before a consultation?
Speak to the team before arranging new tests. Your doctor can review existing information and discuss whether further assessment would answer a useful clinical question.
What does a consultation cost?
The team will confirm your consultation fee, what it includes and any proposed costs for tests, treatment or ongoing care before you book or proceed.
